2 eggs 1/4 cup oil 2 cups whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups orange juice Beat eggs and oil together. Sift together dry ingredients and add to eggs. Ad d orange juice, use more if too stiff. Fry on a medium hot griddle.
